If you need to change your Skokka account password, you can follow different methods:
1 – From your private area: on your profile page, you can modify the password to ensure greater protection for your account. From your private area, select the option “EDIT PROFILE”
2 – Within the Skokka page, if you don’t remember the password you can request a new one. How? Just click the menu, select Login and then click “Forgot your password?” We will send you an email to change the password.
We remind you and advise what you should use to create a stronger password:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one capital letter.
- At least one number.
- Use special characters.
- Not use sequential numbers.
- Do not use a password that is too simple or from another website.
Manage the verification email.
You can add more emails to manage your ads, you don’t need to have one exclusively, there may be two or more accounts. Go to edit profile, enter the new email and press the “ADD EMAIL” button.
We will send you an email so you can confirm that you want to include this new email to your Skokka account.
